This policy explains what personal information we collect through harvestgatelk.com and when you contact us, what we use it for and the choices you have. It covers every page of the site, including the forms on Request a Quote, Request Samples and Contact.

2. What we collect
We collect only what you send us and a little technical information from your visit:
- Quote form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the product range and what you need.
- Sample request form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the product range, the samples you would like and the delivery address for the courier.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the product you are interested in and your message.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to tell us when you write or call.
- Technical information: the emails our forms send us can include the IP address of the device the form was sent from, which helps us spot spam. Our analytics service records how pages are used (see section 5).
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you a quotation.
- To send samples you ask for to the address you give us.
- To arrange, document and ship an order you place with us.
- To keep the business records we need for an order.
- To see which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.
4. Who we share it with
- The courier who delivers samples, with the name, address and phone number needed for delivery.
- When you place an order, the freight forwarder and the authorities that issue the export documents, with the details those documents need.
- The companies that host this website and our email, which process data on our behalf.
- The analytics and map services described in section 5.
We share information only as far as each of these needs it, or where the law requires us to.
5. Cookies, analytics and maps
This site uses Hotjar to understand how visitors use its pages, for example which links are clicked and how far pages are scrolled. Hotjar sets cookies in your browser to do this. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps; loading it connects your browser to Google, which may set its own cookies. The site itself sets cookies only for its administrators when they sign in.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. We keep order records for as long as the order and our accounting and legal records require. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are, data protection law may give you the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
- object to or limit how we use it;
- complain to your data protection authority.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who can see enquiries and order records. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send payment card details through the forms.

Some pages link to other websites, such as WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
